VIP Rooms

The VIP units of Star Arman Toos Hotel Apartment are located on the 8th and 9th floors of the complex and consist of a total of 79 accommodation units. These rooms are designed in three types: one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and standard hotel-style (without bedroom). Among them, 70 units are one-bedroom, 6 units are two-bedroom, and 6 units are hotel-style studios. In addition, there are 2 connecting units designed for family or group stays.

In terms of view, the VIP units offer a diverse range of perspectives. Some units have a full view of the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S), while others overlook the rooftop garden or face the street, giving guests a variety of choices based on their preference.

The interior design of these units has been developed to create a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. The living area features a half-set of comfortable furniture, complete decorative lamps, and appropriate lighting to create a warm and pleasant environment. The décor is completed with kitchen chandeliers, wall lights in the living room and bedrooms, a wall clock, and decorative paintings. A prayer set and Qibla indicator are also provided to meet guests’ spiritual needs.

In terms of amenities, the units include a balcony with flower boxes for relaxation. The kitchen and dining areas are equipped with a complete set of dining and fruit dishes for two people. Additional facilities include a hair dryer, complete bathroom equipment, a landline telephone, television, a card-based lighting system, and a card door lock. The bathroom is designed with both Iranian and Western-style toilets along with a shower cabin, offering greater comfort and flexibility for guests.
